                                      Booking Terms & Condition

How to Book Book as early as possible by sending a Mail/Fax/Phone and a deposit of 750/- (non refundable and adjusted in your invoice ) . The booking becomes a contract between us and you. All bookings are taken with the understanding that you accept the following conditions.

AMENDMENTSIf after a booking has been made, you wish to make any changes to your itinerary, all assistance will be made to satisfy your requirements. Due to the extra costs involved there will be an administration charge of 500/- inr per amendment.

PAYMENT Full payments less the prepaid deposit must be paid by you to reach us no later than 4 weeks prior to departure. Failure to make payment when due will result in cancellation. Prices are based on exchange rates current . We reserve the right to vary these prices should any significant variation of costs occur prior to the departure of the tour. In the event that a further payment is required by us we will request this from you in writing. Failure to pay this sum within seven days of it being requested, may be treated as a cancellation. However, if prices have to increase by more than 10% after the booking has been made, you may cancel free of charge within seven days of the date shown on the final invoice. In this case all monies will be refunded.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS All cancellations must be made in writing and Hotel Prince must be notified immediately. Cancellation charges will be made on the following scale: More than 4 weeks before departure 30% of holiday price deposit Less than 8 weeks before departure 45% of holiday price deposit Less than 4 weeks before departure 60% of holiday price deposit Less than 7 days before departure NO refund.

DOCUMENTATION All clients are themselves responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, vaccination certificates and other necessary documents are in order. Visas are required for both India and Nepal.

POSSIBLE CHANGES AND DELAYSIt is our policy that every reasonable effort is made to ensure that what is stated in the brochure is followed exactly and that the sub- contractors are efficient and reputable. However, since we have no direct control over them, we reserve the right to vary the itinerary and hotels should there be airline schedule changes, local or other conditions that make it necessary to do so. Should any additional costs arise as a result of such variation, we reserve the right to charge these to you. NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR COST Visas, insurance, baggage over 20kg, international extras, meals, laundry, tips, porterage, drinks, souvenirs, all items of a personal nature, international and domestic airport taxes.

LUGGAGE All luggage and personal effects which you may have shall be at all times and in all circumstances at your risk. You are advised to insure against loss or damage. We do not accept any responsibility for the quality, value, reliability or authenticity of any goods purchased while on tour nor are we liable in any way for any arrangements you may make to post, ship or freight such purchases.
